Born in Benin and raised in Nigeria and the Middle East before studying graphic design in New York, Kiser grew up between cultures and disciplines. The son of an American human rights lawyer and a painter, he developed an early belief that bold ideas and beautiful craft can change how people see the world.
Today, as Chief Creative Officer and Partner at Red Antler, he leads multidisciplinary teams across design, advertising, AI transformation, and experiential platforms, building cohesive brand ecosystems that move seamlessly from culture to commerce. At the center of his work is a simple ethos: Designing Fantastic Futures.
Named to the inaugural Adweek Innovator 50 and an Ad Age Marketing Trailblazer, his work includes the award winning Gen Z commerce platform WalmartLand on Roblox, Delta Air Lines’ app launch, and Wonder Window at CES.
Prior to Red Antler, he led Design and Innovation at Publicis Groupe, partnering with brands including LVMH, Google, Visa, and Crocs.
As an industry thought leader, he is a sought after global speaker on the convergence of design, advertising, AI, and brand building.
